Loans after CCJ set aside

Hi,

I got a CCJ set aside yesterday - claimant agreed (At last) that it should nt have been put on and asked court to set it aside

I clearly have a low score of about 450 with the CCJ on... but what will the chances of getting a loan to consolidate my high interest payments be ??

I am told that the Registry Trust would have been informed electronically last night and Experian and co will be told this week to remove the CCJ - so I dont know when it will be removed - how long does it take ???

I would like to know if anyone can offer any comment on my chances of getting accepted for a HSBC loan or credit card ?

They wouldnt even upgrade my basic bank account last year cos of the CCJ - will they now open me a proper account ???

I have a good record otherwise with them ... no missed DDs or anything else.:A

I just need to raise some cash to get rid of Everyday Loans and Welscum finance. All my accounts are settled no defaults, and only little green 0000 s for the years the accounts have been open. Oh and now no CCJ. :j

Nothing else nasty on the account ... do they hold secret records of past CCJ`s ???

Avg earning 27000

Thanx

If the CCJ is set aside, it never existed.

It is not settled, where the CCJ has been paid off, it never existed so should not affect you at all

Would the CCJ instantly destroy my chance of getting a bank account or upgrade ??

A CCJ would, but if it has been set aside, it should play no part in the decision.
