Next outlet bargains at Castleford

I went shopping at the Junction 32 outlet (it used to be called Glasshoughton) at Castleford today.

The Next outlet store had lots of bargains. For example, smart (suit type) jackets...........but I couldn't find any matching trousers or skirt..............reduced from £40 to £5. They've got loads of jackets, all priced £5. I spotted one jacket originally priced at £79.99............for £5.

They've also reduced the price of blouses, dresses, trousers etc.........to similar low prices.

There is also a Monsoon outlet store. They're selling beautiful silk skirts and blouses at 70% off. For example, a silk skirt reduced from £85..........to £24. A silk blouse reduced from £45 to £13.50.

For any chocoholics out there, there is a new Cadbury's Shop at Junction 32............it opens on Thursday 10th August.

Happy Shopping:D

Kind Regards

Nile

Went to Next Clearance in Fleetwood last night. As expected, everything was reduced to £2/£3, but despite combing the whole shop, I found 2 things in my size and both of them were very badly marked. Most things were very small sizes (6) or larger sizes (16 - 22). So good if you are an unusual size but not great otherwise :-(

I went to the cadbury outlet at fleetwood recently and to be honest I was not impressed at all, most things were almost retail and they had some out of date chocolates for around 25 percent off the retail price! you would be far better off trying a proper discount shop (B+M, Home Bargains etc) for better discounts on dated or near dated stock.

Same at the Eccles branch, all size 6-10, I found the odd thing in a size bigger.

Also there was NOTHING (litterally) for boys or men, it was all ladies and a splattering of girls clothes.

I went to the NEXT at Clarks Village in Street, lots of womens and childrens clothes in the sale but the two racks of mens clothes were marked Non sale items. I was very disapointed.

All the next clearances I have been to (Leeds centre, Castleford, Doncaster) have had poor showings in terms of menswear (very little stock left). Although Leeds centre does have some £1 silk ties (I assume this is nationwide). They are not all marked up at £1 but nonetheless some of them are £1. Just grab a selection you like, take them to the till and ask to check if they are £1 or not. If they aren't £1 don't buy them! At £1 they are a fantastic buy and would cost more to dry clean, so if they get mucky throw the ties in the bin ;)

This is a common occurence at next clearances (ties for £1) which is why I have 36 silk ties all different colours and styles. Just imagine if they all had the original price tag of around £14.99. One hint - look out for the ones next forgot to put a red mark on on the label - noone will ever know you got it from a clearance store. The red marks do come out with dylon no1 stain remover but not worth trying on silk as it will destroy it :)

Cadbury's shop = salmonella shop ;) :rotfl: :rotfl:

Very lucky - often extremely difficult to get matching jacket and trousers in the size you want - it's usually 38" S jackets and 28" S trousers. I'm quite a bit fatter and taller :rotfl:
