Thanks for the link, loops. I`m always on the look out for nice tea-rooms to call in when we go to the coast. I will certainly give that a try. I like `The Balloon Tree` near Stamford Bridge. They have some great local produce.

There is an apiary in Denholme (just West of Bradford beyond Thornton) that produce gorgeous local honey. We use it at the Old Bear Brewery to make a specific beer called Honeypot. Don't have any contact details I'm afraid but the lady who runs it is called Liz if that helps!
