The only issue I'd have with that one is with the netting being on the outside of the padding.

Blimey you will be advising to wear a helmet and kneepads as well. :p

The ones that are inside the poles make the trampoline very cramped and restrictive IMO
  • Yeah that's why I prefer it - after all it's called padding for a reason so why cramp the trampoline by having the netting on the inside??

The range has one in stock at 109.99 but instore it was 99.99 if that's of any help. Not sure about delivery cost - can't seem to find it online.

Asda have a lovely one (my friend just bought it) works out at £102 with postage (10 footer).

Tesco have their 8ft trampoline for £70 using the code, includes enclosure. Plus £5 delivery or pickup.

Would go 10 foot so you don't need to get bigger in future.

Okay so I've just looked at the trampolines with the net outside the mats... what are the actual risks with these? I'm guessing banging against the poles (do they not have foam though?) and the risk of fingers being caught in the springs? - possibly just for little kids though?

I just find this bizarre as I spent a lot of time growing up in Australia, and my friend grew up in Canada, neither country uses enclosures as standard! Trampolines were usually large and rectangular, possibly promoting safety??? But the idea was, you supervised the littlies and the older kids took responsibility!

I would be interested where you get net form for £35 and would have been annoyed as dismantled ours Friday after posting below that I was going to buy a new one, fortunately daughter came home, saw bits and shrugged when i said do you want another. So I have saved all money and now have space in garden to get to the weeds :T
