Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all UK residents, excluding employees or agents of
helpucover or Pinnacle Insurance plc, and their families.
2. You will automatically be entered into the prize draw if you request a quotation
and provide the information required for a helpucover Income Protection
insurance product between 28/02/2010 and 28/02/2011.
3. Your details will be held on computer or manual files and will be used by Cardif
Pinnacle and its associated companies to advise you of other products and
services. If you do not wish to receive promotional or marketing information you
can visit www.helpucover.co.uk/privacy-policy and unsubscribe.
4. You do not have to purchase a helpucover Income Protection insurance product
to enter the prize draw.
5. Only one entry will be accepted per person. You will, however, be able to obtain
further helpucover insurance quotations from the website.
6. Any entry which is incomplete or does not comply with these rules may be
deemed invalid in helpucover’s sole discretion.
7. The prize will be awarded to the entrant whose name is drawn on 15/03/2011.
The winner will be notified by post no later than 31/03/2011.
8. The prize is an amount equal to the average UK household’s yearly petrol, food
and energy bills, a total of £8,689.20*.
9. The name of the winner will be available from helpucover when you write to
helpucover Income Protection Prize Draw, Direct and Affinity Marketing, Pinnacle
Insurance plc, Pinnacle House, A1 Barnet Way, Borehamwood, WD6 2XX.
Please mark your request "eBay helpucover Income Protection Prize Draw" and
enclose a stamped addressed envelope.
10. helpucover reserves the right to feature the winner's name and photograph in any
