Anyone else still waiting?
I've been ringing them on and off for three months.
On Monday I was told if it wasn't here today, they would send me a free duplicate. Today they told me the last posting out day was the 23rd of April, and if it wasn't there by the end of April they would send a free duplicate.
Has anyone been given a free duplicate? Apparently they normally charge £40 for a duplicate, and I don't want to be stung for that amount for what is obviously a massive systems mess-up. (They also calculated this year's payments wrongly in January, though that was corrected quickly).

i received mine about 3 weeks ago. It was very late though usually comes earlier than that.0
