nectar points how to reddem them

i have a tenners worth of nectar points on my card does that mean i can just pop in to sainsuburys and buy a 10 pound worth of shopping or do they send me vouchers or what

yes you can just tell at checkout in Sainsburys how many points you want to use while making the payment...and they will use the points...
In the same way you can use it in Argos...

make sure that when you redeem them that you have used the nectar card in that particular store in the past 3 weeks as sometimes if you go to a different store it may not show that you have points to redeem0
