To pay off mortgage in full or not and MEAFs

Should have made it clear in the beginning that I am paying the mortgage off early, well in advance of the contract term. There is no early repayment charge only the exit fee. So I would pay off in full before end of the term if the plan didn't work. That is assuming that I actually take this course of action.0

Do you feel by calling Yorkshire building society they may offer you a correct answer?0 -
I have had two different vales for the exit from the YBS. That's not a problem as I have the paper work from when I first took out the mortgage so I know what I will be paying. All am interested in is hearing if the idea of leaving a small amount of balance is a tactic that works. I was told about by a friend but I couldn't find anything on the net about it. If I have to pay the exit fee that's fair enough but there is choice then its got to be work exploring, so that's what I am doing.0

"Don't feed the troll" is becoming the most boring and predictable sentence on this site! Theres a difference between a wind-up and someone making statements that some people don't like (or don't want to hear).
I would rather hear about misselling and compensation.
