"If one of the deals that was cashed in is still valid
but you want to change to something else can you send
back to tesco and get your points credited back for other
offer?Or the best way of doing this" thanks in advance.

When I've ordered rewards/daysout tokens and not used them (while on holiday or whatever) I return them to Tesco deals and they put the points back onto my next statement.

Yes - but don't forget you wont be able to use them straight away. You'll have to wait until the next clubcard mailing.

FYI it's a handy way of extending the expiry date on vouchers. If vouchers are near to their expiry date buy some deals tokens then have them credited back to your account. - another two years of voucher life. (although some people have managed to get old vouchers credited directly to their account)

If your existing vouchers have an S CODE IE: S2345 then you can use them at any other rewards company as long as they are also an S code and not pay in full , read the info what's been sent with your vouchers all is explained in there.

If you are not going to use them before thay run out just return to Tesco and they will re-credit your account with points.

Is it the freepost address on the website that we return unused points vouchers to? I can't find another address to contact tesco on - but may be looking in wrong place. Only I feel a bit nervous sending them to a free post address:
    Tesco Clubcard
    Freepost
    Tesco Sco 3145
    Dundee DD2 3ZR

Maybe just me being silly :o - but I've got £130 worth of vouchers to return. Any advice? Cheers:beer:

    Dear Mr Torby,
    Thank you for your email.
With regards to having your Reward Tokens refunded, they would need to be posted back to us in date with a small covering letter to

    Returns department
    Tesco Freetime LTD
    PO BOX 654
    Crawley
    RH10 1RG

We would also recommend that you obtain proof of postage from the post office, as this will ensure that you are covered when returning your Tokens to us.

As a result of this, we will refund your points back to your Clubcard account and they will be carried forward to your next available Clubcard statement.

If you have any further queries please do not hesitate to email or contact us on 0808 100
    0707.

    Kind regards
    Jessica
