SRM - this icelandic fallout is causing so many more problems. We're trying to set up video conferencing for this afternoon so that one of the prof's can feedback into an academic hearing in Germany (without him the hearing isn't quorate but they're checking the regulations and definitions to see if he must physically be present at the meeting, or whether electronic presence will be enough). If it is enough, we may resort to a laptop with web-cam / skype enabled. i really don't need the extra work on a friday

    Morning all,
Got a load of work ticked off my to do list - more to do though, so should only have a max 30 min break before I start again. i need a decent break as I'm still in my PJ's - working from home today and I started working in bed :D Time I got dressed before I scare the postie or any other callers - or forget and go get lunch like this ;)

    Morning all

Another nice day - I do like the sunshine. Had to be at GP's at some unearthly hour for blood tests for DH and DD1, DD2 has now been collected to spend the day with friends and DD1 is tidying the pit that is her room.

I had a "sod it - it's Friday" moment and went to the bakers for hot sausage rolls....yums. Need to think about what to do for tea but I really can't be faffed to think about it.....I love food, but I do get sick of having to constantly think about what to cook.

Now need to find the enthusiasm to get on with the rest of the day.

Gah, typed a reply and lost it.

Suzy, sorry about the flights. I hope you can get out there soon.

Mazza, I watched the debate, some very strange ideas!

Well I need to go pick up my prescription before the doctor's closes at 1, then I'm going to have a nap before OU work this afternoon.
