IPA/IPO is a possibility as he seems to think there is surplus.....I disagree!!! 2 adults 1 child how much housekeeping money could I put? Currently £300... Also I have put £100 per month in fuel and need to try and up that too and I am sure I have spent more than that at times on both counts anyway and OR has bank statements etc!
The trouble is coming from partners income - OR using partners entire income but partner has his debts etc to pay and therefore doesn't put all that money towards the expenses on SOA (and we couldn't put it towards an IPA/IPO!!!!) ARGH short of showing mine and dp's income and expenses including DPs debts (which OR doesn't want to know!) I don't know what to do.
Oh plus my car might not be exempt - coz it's value is between 2 and 3k ARGH

okay using your figures and this http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/DocumentLibrary/Policy/Excel/Income%20payment%20Calculator%20final%20nov%2006.xls which the OR should use i get your surplus as £50pm which would mean no IPA
I dont think the things you have mentioned should be a problem but to me the electricity seems very highHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.

Yes elec is very high but no gas and they asked for £60 p/m from dec when we moved in as thats what previous tenants had paid - then we used £1200 from dec - march (idiots!!!!) so they are wanting bigger payments til we get that down. explained that in my notes OR he is not concerned.....
I wonder why OR is looking at a surplus and you and me aren't?

when did you go BR?
If the electric bill is just in your name and it is dated prior to the BR date you can include this as one of you debtsTotal Weight Loss - 28lb and countingAD 17/11/20100 -
