sending second letter to HSBC re bank charges

copuld anyone help with the bit that about the interest? how do you calculate this?

i am claiming back £228.50.

all help will be gratefully received.

    There should be a spreadsheet you can download which you put all the charges into and it tells you how much your total is with the 8% added.
