Hiya everyone!:)
Has anyone had any dealing with Northern Bank and/or their mortgages?
They seem to have a good mortgage rate at the mo for a 90% LTV.
i.e 90% LTV 2 year fixed at 5.19% (£799 fee's)

They do indeed have some excellent products and a friend of mine that lives in Belfast raves about their service but, unless I've missed something, you need to live in Northern Ireland.
A website posted on here earlier today mentions them (also as having 100% ltv!!) but when you hover over the proceed button it tells you that you can't live in England, Wales or Scotland.Happily an ex mortgage broker!0 -
Ah right, knew they were Belfast registered but didnt realise it was a N.I only bank.
Back to looking for 90% mortgages. Havent beaten Nationwide 5.98% 2 year fixed as yet.
