Hi All,
We are currently comig to the end of our fixed period on our mortgage. And was looking to make an offer to capstone mortgages for an early settlement. However what is classed as a decent offer?? Im not sure how much to take off our existing mortgage to make it worth considering??
My husband now earns a really good wage so want to try and get away from this company....i know they have offered other customers early settlement figures with approx 15k knocked off!! How would i go about approaching this. I know that at the current rate of the LIBOR our mortgage payments are going to drop to approx half what they currently are.....what would everyone do???

Ask them. They will tell you their terms not the other way round I'm afraid to say. Hopefully their offer will be attractive though.0
