This is good! It means your examiner has finished with your case and is now passing it to the RTLU for it to be wrapped up.

    One step closer!

    Hi oke

Sorry i got you worried, i was just answering the above statement.

I ended up with a 4 year BRU, i was gutted when my case was transfered back to OR. As far as i could see in my own mind i did not expect to get a BRU but after a very long face to face interview at the 8 month mark i knew i was going to get one:(.

Dont worry like everyone says when case is transfered to RTLU it is more than likely the investigation is over, just not in all casrs:(

what KAT says is correct, if there is further investigation for a BRU, then the file can gets passed back and forward as RTLU do assets and the OR does investigation

I would guess it is always on peoples minds while undischarged, i was hoping not to get one but i did gamble over £150,000 over a year period. on my SOA
i answered NO to did you lose money gambling. When the OR looked at my bank statements they would of seen alot of transactions due to gambling. Luckily for me i have always been a responsible gambler and the examiner could not show i had lost money i was actually in profit:T

I was using gambling to subsidise my income my outgoings were over £4000 per month so gambling helped in the end i could not maintain that level of income so had no choice but to declare bk.

My BRU is for spending on credit cards leading upto my bk there is no mention of gambling as this did not contribute to my debt. I think a lot of time was put into the investigation to prove if i had lost money on gambling.
