CCJ Northern Rock

I have a CCJ due to falling into arrears with Northern Rock. I contacted the the Courts and Northen Rock, explained I could only pay £10 and they told me to do this. I have never received any documents to support this or even a statement from Northern Rock.

Do I continue paying the the CCJ? What happens if the loan arrears are not paid off after 6 years?

Ask Northern Rock for the paperwork then!!

Or are you asking whether its an unenforcable CCJ????

Eventually the lender will go back to court for a higher payment. As for paperwork the court should have sent you cconfirmation. Ask the court for the paperwork and NR for a statement.
