HELP!!! Letters to loan companys!!

I have recently lost my job, and I can't meet my repayments on my loan.
I would like advice on what to put in a letter asking if I can make the minimum repayments.

Please, someone help!!

    If you look through the top few letters in the list of the above link you should get some ideas as to what to write.
