Endowment mortgage - stop or go??

Hi
Just after some independent advise
I have a Legal & General Endowment and pay £103 / month have had it for several years
Its no longer needed for my mortage as I changed to re-payment given poor performance
I don't really want to continue paying into it as I need to cut my monthly outgoings but if i stop then I assume the cash in value will be derisory and I will in effect lose a shed load of money I have paid in over the years so feel all I can do is carry on paying in
Any thoughts??
Cheers!

Depends on how long it has to go to maturity? Have you tried asking L&G for a surrender value?0
