Why are you not discussing matters with yr advisor?...They have all yr info, know yr situation, know the property etc.......
On here you dont get advice, you only get opinion and as you can see that varies.....I am sure yr advisor would be more than happy to answer questions/address concerns etc0 -
Ok guys thanks, yes i have spoken to my advisor this morning and when mentioning my concerns especially the 'Accord are only lending 2.5 -3 x salary at the moment' he said he would not have recommended it if he did not think i was going to get it. He said as long as my projected income for the third year is accurate (which it will be) then it should be ok.
TBH, my advisor only really has the same info i have given in this thread but i cannot understand why there is quite alot of negativity that i am not going to get this. I was after a bit of peace of mind and have now got worry! An AIP will take approx 48 hours so its looking like Monday before i know. Maybe it is just me as a FTB panicking that i am going to loose this house when all will be fine!0
