Ppi and claiming
Hi there new here so not sure if correct place
I have a loan with lloyds tsb and have ppi with this loan, I was a carer and had made a claim against the ppi un til dec 09 which was 11 months of claiming, I then started work for 30 hrs a week and in Feb 2010 I had to leave work and become a carer for my son again whose illness deterioated dramatically that I could not continue employment, so I made a claim for this loan ppi again to be told that due to me not completing my 3 month probation with my employer I could not make a claim against the ppi and so the bank refused to pay out. Can someon help me and state if they can do this.

Hi
You would need to refer to the terms and conditions of the policy, but in my experience this is normal - some policies dont cover you unless you have been in permanant employment for upto 6 months!0 -
sounds about right,as above refer to t&c`s0
