    Just a quick question. i got an email from them last Thursday to arrange delivery. I told them that I did not mind what day as long as it was before midday, and to send it out asap. I have not heard from them again. Will they just send it to me now, and do they send a tracking number??

    Hi kimmy393 I don't know and was wondering myself.
    I asked them on Thursday if they could do the one day I knew I would be working from home next week and said can they let me know if it's a problem so it can be sent to work...as yet I've had no reply. Am assuming it will come on the day I asked for but who knows.

    You get an 'order despatched' email and they give you your tracking number (but couldn't seem to get mine working for some reason)

    Here's my timeline:

    30/04 - Fri - I win :T
    06/05 - Thu - WEM from Copella (but I was away)
    10/05 - Mon - replied to Copella giving 3 convenient dates (M/T/W this week)
    17/05 - Mon - despatch notice & tracking number from picnicshop
    18/05 - Tue - email from Copella telling me it's due that day - hamper + voucher for 2 bottles of Copella arrives via Citylink YIPPEE! :T

    They ask you for a delivery date, mine took 10 days, but only because I couldn't guarantee anyone being at home before that. They're gorgeous :)
