Maintainance disregard clarifcation

So to be clear, this disregard only applies to private arrangements?A quick post to confirm that as of today - any PWC that is in receipt of benefit is entitled to keep ALL maintenance that is paid to them under a private arrangement.
No benefits will be adjusted for maintenance payments that are received.
Any separated couple that currently have a private arrangement in place for child support, or are considering such an arrangement, can now arrange payment in the knowledge that all money paid will be going directly to their children, and not to the Treasury.
Not PWC's getting their maintenance through the CSA?

No.
ANY arrangement be it CSA or private means the PWC can keep all the CM without affecting benefits.0
