What next?

Well i sent my 1st letter to Natwest re refunding charges, one to my branch manager and one to customer relations, i have received 2 letters back?!!?

One from customer relations saying there is nothing they will do re charges are fair etc, and the other from my branch saying they think they are fair but will refund £180 which is a third of the charges i am claiming for!

What road should i take?!!?!? Thanks xx

Tell them you will accept the £180 BUT you will continue to reclaim the rest! They will back down! ;)

So what do i put in my letter? Do i just put thanks for your letter etc i will accept the £180 but will also be following the claim for the rest? Will they still pay up fully or is it worth just replying with its not good enough? x
