For those getting the error message "Please enter valid Address" even though you've re-typed it six annoying times and you most certainly know your own address, check that you don't have an ampersand (a '&') in the address, as it doesn't recognise it. Just use the word 'and' instead.
Trust me to live in Tyne & Wear!
