2 kg of fresh spinach: what shall I do with it?

Dear all

I have been given a bagful of spinach.

Unfortunately, I know nothing about spinach.:rolleyes:

How to preserve it? Freeze it or else?

I tried it in a sandwich, but the leaves are not as tender as other salad leaves.

Any ideas what I can do with it, please?
