    should be - I think the rump steak will be regional - e.g. Scottish beef north of the border, Welsh in Wales etc but I think the rest are across the board. There are some others too, these were just the ones I thought looked good value.

    I've always supported my local coop on the basis that it's handy and if no-one shopped there it would eventually disappear but they quite often have some really good deals now so I tend to pop in more often. Long may it continue :)

    Thanks for this, I am running out of persil and couldn't find it on offer in supermarkets.

    i must say that the rump steak is fantastic. i paid £3.67 for two large,thick steaks without an inch of fat on, they were tender and juicy - and im not exactly a good cook! makes a bargain so much better dont you think?!:j

    I have to second that. I don't usually buy rump - i prefer sirloin or rib-eye but these ones were very nice. Will get some more while the offer is on to put in the freezer.

    I made special journey and they where normal price.

    Could have done with a couple to pop in the freezer.

    Own label apple juice 1L half price so 44p.
