direct line has changed my morgage! what can i do

when going with direct line for my morgage i purposly made sure that the morgage was portable as i intended moving. now they have changed all there morgages including mine to non portable.
now i want to move im gona have to pay all the set up fees again either with direct line or another morgage company.
have i any way to complain to direct line that would get me anywhere as im slightly miffed with them to say the least :mad:
