Self employed moving to Ltd Co - Obtaining mortgage

Hi, just a quick question, I have been self employed running a business for the last 6 years. I am in the process of changing over to a Ltd company but the business itself will be remaining the same. My question is how would I approach getting a new mortgage - will the accounts for my self employment still be of use?
Also, I intend to only pay myself and my wife the minimum to not pay tax and the rest of our income will be via a dividend - are there lenders who will take that as income for mortgage purposes?
Thanks in advance for any advice.

yes & yes though the choice of lenders will be reduced of course. You will continue to be considered self employed by the lenders.Happily an ex mortgage broker!0
