Hi, I applied for a payday loan (i no i shouldnt but bad circumstances and i can afford to pay it back) the loan has still not been paid into my account. They said they were paying it in on the 29/3 and that it may take 3 working days to pay in due to the bank. It still hadnt been paid a week later.
I contacted the company and told them this they then said i could defer the loan which i didn't want to do i just needed the money at that point.
It has still not been paid and they expected the loan to be paid back on the 16/04, i have now incurred bank charges (which was the reason of getting the loan so i didnt get them) and dont no what to do.
I ring the bank they say they have nothing coming through and i speak to the loan people and they say they have paid it in.
Has anyone had this problem before how do i resolve it? any help or advice would be brilliant thank u!

You ask the loan company to tell you were it has been paid and put a trace on it and hope you havent given them the wrong bank details.0
