Hi,
We have recieved M&S vouchers as gift from our friend. We don't need the vouchers instead we want the money back and buy some useful things somewhere else.
Can any one tell me by any chance we can get the money back by givin the vouchers?
Thanks in advance

You cant get refunds on M&S Gift Vouchers. You have to use them in their stores.0 -
you could sell them on ebay. you won't get the full amount obviously, but if you've got good feedback record, probably upto 90% of value. i've had a few off there myself.

You could change the vouchers for cash with a friend or relative who's going to buy something from M&S?0

They'd probably make a nice birthday/wedding/xmas gift and save you the cash of buying a present...
Failing that, ask around your friends/family if any of them shop in M&S and would swap vouchers for the cash.0 -
I would say donate them to charity as a lesson in humility. Some people would be grateful to receive a gift from anyone, not whinge about it not being any use to them.0

Wow, a bit harsh I would say  ... she only wants to 'exchange' them so she can buy something she wants. I can't see the problem myself.
Whoever has the voucher will buy what they want from M&S and the OP can buy something they want ...
Where's the problem?

I will try to exchange it with my friends.0 -
Or you could use it to buy basics like milk, bread and sugar etc and save the money you would have used on those instead under a pound they do give change0
