The tax my missus pays from her wages!

Hi all,
My wife is Polish working in the UK (obviously now living here, with me, permenantly).
She used to work 42 hours per week, and now works part time - only 10 hours per week.
Is she entitled to pay less tax now? How can we find out - and if she overpays, can she reclaim excess tax paid?

Thanks in advance.

If she is employed and paid by PAYE, then her tax will be adjusted automatically. She is paid by PAYE if she gets a payslip showing the deductions for tax & NI. Simply look at the new payslip compared with the old payslip and you'll see the difference in tax.
