OMG!!! I bought the b/f a watch from Ernest jones and his birthday back in march and they said to fill in a feedback form online along with the fre number and i would be entered into a £500 draw to spend in store!!!!
Just got this email:

You recently gave feedback on a shopping experience in our Ernest Jones Store Warrington. By doing so you were entered into our prize draw. I am pleased to advise that you have won and I would like to send you a gift card for £500. Please supply me with your full postal address , and indicate if you wish the giftcard to be an Ernest Jones or Leslie Davis card.
