Hmmmm, red wine topped up with lemonade - with ice, or ginger beer shandy (i.e. beer plus real ginger "beer" instead of lemonade) does it for me.
If I'm slaving away at the barbecue, it has to be a cold Grolsch from a flip top bottle.
Lets hope we get to try some of these this year!

I've recently got into a desert spoonful of balsamic vinegar in 1/2 pint of fizzy water or tap water - not sweet and it is absolutely delicious.

I usually just drink tap water, but I fill up a litre jug to encourage me to drink more - maybe I'm exceptionally lazy, but when I'm relaxing, I absolutely will go thirsty instead of getting up!0

Highly recommend Robinson's crushed lime and mint cordial for a non-alocholic refresher and home-made iced coffee - chilled black coffee with a good vanilla or Tesco caffe latte ice cream!.0
