Pink - I think the most convenient airport for Eastbourne is Gatwick. easyJet go there from Belfast International about six times a day. Then it's a train ride from Gatwick to Eastbourne, and if my memory serves me correctly it's a direct line, so an easy peasy journey. The train station is accessed from one of the Gatwick terminals, you don't even have to go outside. It is v.v.difficult to get lost! You can get a ticket at the train station (if you don't prepurchase on line).

Then there is Eastbourne aerodrome - but I don't know of any direct flights from over here to there. Maybe from Eglantine(sp?)??

PurplePrincess - apologies for so rudely replying when Pink's question was directed to you...sorry, but couldn't contain myself...
