(Edit: actually, just looked at a map and it doesn't look far! Just to clarify - when you said we're meeting at the pier, do you mean ON the pier (i.e. at the entrance to it) or on the beach BY the pier?)

It's the back end of a tropical storm, this is the eye, see all around there are clouds in each direction?! We've got the same again to come yet, then it'll clear, still should be fine tomorrow but don't go hanging your washing out today!
