    Hi Dojo

Im sorry I cant answer that for you based on experience, but my opinion is I would have thought it unlikely they would have applied for release if there was any ongoing investigation that could warrant a BRU/O.

As far as I understand, when they apply for release they have done all their investigations. I suppose if something came to light after their release, but while you are still undischarged they would have the power to apply restrictions?

But again, just my thoughts on it and am happy to be corrected if I am wrong!!

Any news on ED for you? I remember your wife got that.

Hope you are both keeping well.

Release is only from their job as trustee, that is the assets and liabilities part. The investigation into your conduct is a seperate job, that at all times stays with the Official Receiver, so the release of trusetee makes no difference to whether they can bring a BRO. Having said that they are done side by side and logistically it would make no sence to apply for release as trustee as the other part was still going ahead, no guarantee though
