Should I surrender Zurich Policy?

Hi.
Bear with me as I have only recently discovered this site, and have NEVER added anything on a chat forum before!

I took out an Eagle Star policy in 1991, and the target amount was £54,625. I have since received compensation for being mis-sold the policy. Eagel Star have now been taken over by Zurich.

The policy isn't linked to a mortgage so I'm regarding it as savings at the moment, but I would like to know if I would be more sensible to sell it and put the money in a high-interest account, and keep paying in the monthly amounts.

Monthly amount - £63.28.
Projected final amount = £24,200 (at 3%)
= £25,800 (at 3.75%)
= £28,600 (at 5%)
Zurich say that 3.75% is a reasonable assumption.

Surrender value is £13,178.00

I know there must be several queries like this, but can anyone help please?

Many thanks.
