Homemade cod in butter sauce recipe - please

Good Afternoon All,

My kids love the 'boil in the bag' fish in butter sauce - i would like to make a home made version but not sure how to make the butter sauce. Can anyone help me out with a recipe?

I have loads of cod fillets left from the asda 4 for £3 glitch a few weeks back which I need to start using up!!!

I just Googled for the recipe and came up with this:

Instead of a reduction of white wine you can used white wine vinegar but as I've never had a shop-bought cod in butter sauce I don't know how it compares but I have a feeling the real beurre blanc would be much nicer.
