Brilliant offer for us girls - my gift arrived within 2 days of me sending the survey! Great customer service from Kennedy Purple - many thanks! The bags on the site are FAB - it's lovely to treat myself to a different designer bag for each special occasion at a fraction of what it would normally cost.

All packages were posted at the Post Office so that each one was weighed individually and postage was calculated by the Post Office themselves so should all be correct. If however, your package costs to collect - don't pick it up and it will get sent back to Kennedy Purple and they will re-send it. Or contact them and they will issue you a discount code. Nobody should be out of pocket for this, and Royal Mail are in Kennedy Purple's bad books!!!
