Do you have a good idea of how much you have available to put towards the debts?
Completing a SOA would help (link in post 3)

Depending on how much you have available to put towards the debt will determine your next move. You could contact the free debt diaries to see if they will be able to assist in setting up a repayment plan. (CCCS / Payplan)

Never heard of Albion but it may be better to do a general DMP if you need to also pay back the payday loans by installments rather than just agreeing something with them.

Have you looked at possibly getting a loan from a credit union? Some require you to be a member for a few weeks - others don't. The rate isn't as good as the hight street banks, but they sometimes don't judge so harshly if you have a poor credit rating. If you can get a loan, you need to know how much you can afford to repay each month. Might be worth a shot.

see if you can get a credit union loan to clear your payday loans. Look in the phone book for your local credit union. They are a service to help people with money.
