Help with Fee Remission Form.......

Hi. I could just do with a little help.
My husband and I are both doing Bankrupcy and need to fill in the forms for fee remission. Mine is easy as i get Income Support but my husband doesnt get it for himself, I claim for him .
How do I fill the form in for that???
Any help appreciated.

Even if you are the one claiming for him, his name should be on your award letter, so you would just fill the form in as you have your own and use the same award letter as proof.
Don't forget that your award letter has to be dated within a month of your BR, good luck.0 -
