interest only mortgage and no protection..

We recently due to cash flow problems changed from a repayment to interest only mortgage, not fixed
I am concerned as we have no protection or vehicle to run alongside it, it will be a good 6-12 months before we are financially in better health, any ideas for cover for £150k mortgage....gulp...any suggestions gratefully considered
