check your tesco.com receipt.

hi,
usually when i get my tesco delivery i put the shopping away and just glance at the receipt. but i noticed it was considerably more than usual.
when i looked, i had been charged full price for all the special offers, and they are all still valid........eg hula hoops 18 pack should be 2.00 and not the 3.99 i was charged etc...
i contacted tesco cs and have since had over 15quid refunded..
so please double check..
the only thing i wasn`t happy about is that tesco.com dont do double the difference......

did they say why you had been charged wrong?

i rang and complained about not getting substituted nappies when they not had the tesco brand in stock - was told it was because i had previously returned a substition.

i explained that I order size 6 nappies - size 4 wont go over his botty so dont substitute size just brand please!

bloke had no idea what I meant. Off to check my receipt for yesterdays shop
