How Do I Remove a Charging Order?

I think sometimes the creditor will do it themselves. However it is more common to request a certificate from the creditor to show that the debt has been repaid and forward this on to the land registery and the credit reference agencies -that way you'll know its been done.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0

I've never had get a charge removed myself, its always been done automatically, so I'd wait and see if it was automatic in your case.
There is no rush on this as you now have a charge on your property for £zero. Eventually I would push to get a charge renewed if I had other borrowings or accounts at the same bank, just in case they try it on later.
