mall load - best options?
hi
looking on some advice for borrowing - just want to see what my best option is
at the moment I'm paying back a loan for my car at approx £100 a month. This runs to next summer where the outstanding balance is about £1500.
unfortunately I need a repair done which will set me back about £1000 - my plan was to extend my loan by a year so that I'm basically paying the same amount back each month but my loan lasts another 12 months.
The only problem I can see with this is that the interest rate will be a lot higher (it's 6.8% on the current loan).
Can anyone advise the best way to go about borrowing this money
many thanks !
**EDIT can't change title, should read "small loan" doh!

do you have a cc?can you pay for the repair using that, then do a balance transfer to a new cc offering 12 months interest free?0

was thinking about that but that would still mean waiting 12 months before being a position to starting to pay back the CC. might still be a better option though...0
