The rest of the posts pretty much say the same thing I was going to about 22% tax etc - remember your employer isn't the one who sets your tax code though... its the tax office. Unfortunately, your tax free allowance is used up by your primary job, so you pay the full whack on the second one.lazy&indebt wrote:my new employer seems to think that it's 25%0 -
I get a tax allowance from my normal job with a salary of 30,132. I am also a coastguard and get paid for it. When i get called out etc or claim patrols at the end of the month i get taxed at BR for it.0
