Got a Visa £50 prepaid card win email but entered the receipt that was marked void and cant find the one that then went through .... Oh well ... you cant win them all! Thanks anyway poster

Hi - I sure people said on the actuall visa thread that they accept bank statement as you could enter online purchases - might be worth having a look at the original thread

i sent a bank statement to claim a football as i lost the receipt i blacked out my account number and sort code and highlighted the transaction. received my football last week so they do accept them.best win in 2011:eek: 4 nights in Las Vegas :eek:
