Hi got email today saying I had one £20 visa prepaid card, good news! bad news my receipt is for £16.14 but visa email say £16.13. I must have made a mistake when typing amount in - will this forfeit my win?

Hi - a few people have had the same problem. I believe if you call the contact number provided in the email then the promotions company will advise. Will have a look for the post I saw earlier with same problem ...

there's a few similar cases to this where they've accepted bank statement plus reciept to prove it's genuine error rather than a scam, i'd give them a call x

many thanks - have taken your advice and will be sending bank statement and receipt, however, I had deleted email as I thougth it was spam! got it back OK tho now wondering if I have one anything else that I have just deleted - god i'm thick:rotfl:0
