Hi guys, I have recently been principly approved for a personal loan online with my bank nationwide and my doucments are being sent first class to me. What I would like to know is what are on these documents? Also am I right in saying a gauruntor is not required for a loan with ones bank.

The documents will be the terms and conditions for you to read and the credit agreement which you will need to sign. And they will have told you if you needed a guarantor.Getting married 02.08.14

crouchy,
Things you need to check: Amount, duration of loan, APR (annual equivalent interest rate) and whether the monthly payment is what you agreed and what is affordable for you.
You should also check that they haven't included anything you don't want (payment protection insurance for example) although I think nationwide stopped selling this with personal loans.
As the insider says, you have applied for an 'unsecured' personal loan which means no guarantor or charge against your house.
Good luck
R.Smile , it makes people wonder what you have been up to.0
