Hi

does anyone have any experience as a customer of hanley economic?

i am considering signing up to a fixed rate mortgage with them (2.95% rate for 2 years)

wondered how their customer care compares to larger players?

the customer care offered by larger players is pretty awful as a rule. I would think you would be able to speak to some one in a branch, in the UK, who could well know what they are talking about (or at least call accross the office to some one who does).

Personally I'm a fan of the mutuals provided the deal is as good as you could get elsewhere of course.
